Ask HN: Does anyone face difficulty in managing sales script or email templates?

I am building something for Sales and HR teams that would help them manage and share sales scripts, email templates, chat templates, cheatsheets, and more.

I want to know whether more people are facing this small issue.

Notion and other knowledge bases can't perform quick fuzzy search on customers questions while in a call or chat. Moreover it's hectic to manage 200 templates in a notion doc.
