Has Oracle cycled through replacing 80% of their employees over the last five years? If so, maybe I'll consider the idea...
I once interviewed with Oracle Cloud (when it was going through its big-rewrite), and I was told the goal was to staff it with entirely new, not-Oracle people...the conclusion being that the first incarnation of Oracle Cloud failed partly due to staffing it internally
We may be confusing internal culture and political environment with how they address the customer. I'd look to info from customers, not revenue figures, for the customer experience.
