Per their terminology, corporations are persons not people. Legalize and formal English may appear similar on the surface but are not the same.

You could have been generous and interpreted my use of the word "people" to signal a collective type of persons. But sure, IANAL, or a legislator, and make grammatical mistakes here and there, and am using the words colloquially.

Since we're nitpicking, the word would be legalese, not legalize.

Isn't nitpicking tho. The courts recognize a language that seems totally foreign to people not speaking that language.
