Ask HN: What are some good tech publications?

The quality of content on publishing platforms like Medium or even Hacker Noon etc has slipped pretty bad. And nobody really reads journals. One option is to write personal blog, some of which are really great to read as well, but a respected publication can serve some other ends too. So what are some good tech publications one can send a 2K word article to? Area: Cyber Security + Strategy/Policy
