Infotel – a Russian ISP has been hacked, network equipment destroyed

I was actually curious on how they would manage to actually destroy network equipment.

Which has been confirmed on the website of infotel itselve.

Note: Down for 34 hours and counting

This affects Russian banking too. Inter bank transactions need to be done manually now.

People seem to be able to use daily transactions as usual ( eg. ATM)
