The fires that erupted in Quebec, Canada, all started at the exact same time

It's not. There is already at least one arrest where a single eco-terrorist started multiple fires[1]. More will certainly be arrested, although I suspect the Forest Crime Unit is now overwhelmed.

And to be fair, I have no doubt that at least one of these fires is natural too, as it's been particularly dry and hot in much of Canada.

I also have no doubts that Trudeau and the Liberals will completely ignore any case where these fires were intentionally started. Eco-terrorism is the type of crime they tacitly endorse because it's the perfect carte blanche to say "climate emergency" repeatedly and push forward more taxes, more Malthusian policies, and more government control over the life of their subjects.
