I am in eastern PA; the smoky haze smells awful and the orange tinged sky looks like dusk in the mid afternoon. It's pretty serious.

Wow! It's not quite that orange here, but i figure this would be a fairly common occurrence in CA.

I'm on Long Island and it feels like it's getting closer and closer to that.
