A Constraint Programming Solver Guided by Reinforcement Learning (2021)

In high school cs we used to joke about random sort. Perform some random operation or operations & check if you are sorted.

I feel like this is both awesome but also the most advanced hyperpowered random sort one could possibly ever build.
