Utah Transfer of Public Lands Act—to require the Federal government to grant the majority of federal land in the state to the state of Utah after 2014.
I think you can guess how that's going. I'll be fine with the transfer as long as we also require the state to turn over all state-held land to the county it resides it.
I am leery of anyone who advocates "states' rights".
