Early Paleo Diet: Eating Shite

Well, maybe it isn't shite until it hits the ground, but IMO the article's "digesta" is shite pure and simple. Perhaps we should rethink the phrase "Eat shit and die!" to "Eat shite and live!"

Which reminds me of an old "good news/bad news" joke:

An indian chief called his tribe together for an urgent meeting:

Chief: "Winter's coming early and our hunting has not been good. I have both bad news and good news. Which do you want to hear first?

Voice in the Tribe: "Give us the bad news, Chief; then the good news will cheer us up!"

Chief: "The winter will be long and harsh. Because we have so little meat we will have to eat buffalo dung to survive."

Voice in the Tribe: "That's pretty bad, Chief! What's the good news?

Chief: "We have lots of buffalo dung!"
