It would be better to pick the most interesting article listed on this site and submit that instead. Otherwise we end up with a lowest-common-denominator discussion of what's generically common to these articles, and that's less specific and therefore less interesting.

Isnt this a little misleading by not including the step to llvm?

How much optimization work does rustc do before llvm takes over and does its own optimizations?

Like the tco section, is that rust does that or? or does llvm do that on its own?
