Some of the best people will say all of the wrong things during an interview

If they are the best people then what they do can not be wrong. Maybe what is wrong is companies unable to deal with honesty.

"what is your biggest fault?"

"I am TOO honest."

"Well, I don't think that's actually a weakness."

Telling a prospective employer that you don't think you can do the job is never a good look

Telling an exployer all the things that might go wrong is pure gold.
