Texas says if your diabetic blood sugar drops to 69 for one second while you are driving that you lose your license for 2 years, can not get a hardship license, and will have to beg their Medical Advisory Board for any license for the rest of your life. This is true even if the dip did nothing to impede your driving.
And they hide the rules. The rules used to be published, but that brought federal scrutiny. So now they hide the rules.
OTOH, if you drive drunk and high you are not subject to such a mandatory loss of license.
