+1 for the podcast as well, at least the episodes where he hosts/interviews. RR is a legend in his industry, helped shape some of the most influential sounds of my life.

I'm always intrigued when he gets into process and how it has evolved to (paraphrasing) "getting out of the way, and getting the artists out of their own way".
