RansomChat Viewer

I can't find any information on who / how this site was created. I'm assuming it was either the ransomware'er being hacked and the chats leaked, or they are publishing this themselves?

Eitherway it's very interesting to see how different people deal with the situation.

Edit, looks like it's from: https://github.com/Casualtek/Ransomchats. However it still does not explain where they come from originally.
