Show HN: termic – A replacement for Microsoft Terminology Search

Microsoft recently announced that they'd be shutting down the Microsoft Language Portal (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/language) on June 30th. This portal has a terminology search service frequently used by translators and localization specialists from all around the world.

Being a localization specialist myself, I was saddened to hear that this service was going to disappear, as I use it daily for my job. Using Microsoft-provided translation memory and glossary files, I created termic, a replacement tool which aims at providing translators an even better search experience.

This tool is primarily intended for use by translators and localization specialists, but I thought it might still interest some HN folks. It is my very first "big" project, so any feedback is more than welcome! Source code and more details about the project are available here: https://github.com/Spidersouris/termic
