Are there off-the-shelf tools for multi-tenant application administration?

Hi! I'm wondering if there are off-the-shelf tools (with UI) for managing multi-tenant SaaS applications? The application itself would be a custom built, but the SaaS multi-tenancy building blocks - such as tenant onboarding and management, identity management, monitoring, metrics and analytics, metering and billing, triggering deployment, etc are really standard things. Tools such as Keycloak provides basic support user and tenant/realm management. In case of silo / bridge isolation model, tenant onboarding requires deployment, it might be possible to extend Keycloak with that, but it does not have feature such as monitoring, billing, etc.
