The worst thing a prospective employee can do when his corporation is shit testing them is assume the grievance is genuine and cave in to the interviewers. Despite them seeming to demand that the interviewee submit, if they do, the corporation will lose respect for the prospective employee, and once the corporation loses respect they will believe that they have invited a prospective employee who is not a good culture fit, which in turn makes the interviewers angry and resentful of the prospective employee. The interviewers will then escalate the tests, each grievance becoming more and more outrageous and irrational in a desperate bid for the prospective employee to finally draw a line and say, "this far, no further."
