"As hypothesized, we found that compared with baseline and ‘normal’ air, inhalation of air enriched with 7.5% CO2 significantly increased negative affect, state anxiety/fear, symptoms of panic, and cardiovascular measures of systolic blood pressure and heart rate. Conversely and as expected, CO2 inhalation also significantly reduced state happiness. "
mmHg values are quite secondary. Obviously someone so sensitive to CO2 would have to wear a portable powered respirator/oxygen concentrator with CO2 capture filter anyway, as the smoke from cars driving would wreck them.
The level of enrichment does not matter if the sub-group is vulnerable enough.
* The Henderson video I believe is from 2006 but even Fauci stated mistakes were made with force by the government on masks and vaccines. Henderson was saying from his own experience forcing people to do something creates distrust. People are still very upset about it. None of that happens if it was voluntary.
