First AR Laptop

I could do without the camera, small keyboard and touchpad (they are horrible).
From my perspective, the right form factor for this depends on intended use.
I can see an option for travel, something you just throw in your backpack. The lack of a conventional display means you are locked into using the headset. Not sure I would want that if this was the only computer I have while on the road. The keyboard is super important to me. Small keyboards are uncomfortable and slow me down. This is why I buy larger laptops (16+ in). Also, I never use touchpads, they are seriously bad UI devices. I use a thumb-operated trackball and a mouse only if I have no other option.
For context, I have to work on everything from office documents and coding to 3D CAD modeling. Again, touchapds are just not the right UI.
If the proposal is to have this be a desktop computer, well, the right format would likely be a small "cube" computer that allows you to connect whatever keyboard, pointing device and camera you want. It would be nice if the headset was wireless.
Resolution? It has to be substantial. I am looking at three 27 inch monitors, each being 2560 x 1440. I have been thinking of upgrading the middle monitor to a 4K model for CAD and graphics work. This, I think, might be the toughest problem for this concept. Sure, it's a 100 in view, yet I doubt it will have enough resolution.
At the end of the day you have a computer that only one person can look at. This could be of value in some environments. You don't really need their laptop to accomplish the same feat.
This could be interesting if you need to work during a flight. Again, I would want a real keyboard and a different pointing device. Trackballs are great on planes because they don't have to move.
But I would prefer if the glasses were sold to work with existing laptops and only run software to render the VR/AR screen(s). I'm imagining something in-between the Quest 2 and BigScreen Beyond in both price and form-factor.
