Ask HN: Does anyone know what's happening with Google One Pass?

Recently there was a flurry of reports related to some French publishers delaying their implementations of Google One Pass due to an upcoming set of updates to the system.

We're interested in using One Pass but at the moment it seems to be semi-invite only.

The rumour mill suggests something is coming soon but we can't afford to wait indefinitely for further information because of client commitments.
