Ask HN: How do you project manage your personal projects

Hey HN,

I'm building an AI chatbot that helps people be accountable towards their personal project goals. Think of it as a way for people to do 10 minute stand-up meetings to report on their progress.

I'm looking to interview a few people on how they manage their own personal projects. If you're interested, let me know here or DM!

Personally I've needed something like this. I've been indiehacking for the last 10 years and since I don't have a direct support network, talking with someone - whether that be AI or a person - on what I've actually achieved today and if it's the right thing to work, feels like a great way to become more disciplined towards progress.
