Logistically makes sense, though protecting it from a wild missile attack might pose a problem, I’m afraid.

It’s not like it’s easy or cheap to hide a whole production plant from curious people with smartphones, or indeed curious malicious moles with smartphones.

Or maybe you can hide a whole tank factory? How can it be done even theoretically?
