Dietary cholesterol isn't really a major contributor to blood cholesterol, especially if you're getting it in foods that are not full of saturated fats.
People eating ketogenic/carnivorous diets for autoimmune or blood sugar issues have much higher LDL volumes (although their LDL particles are also fluffier and less oxidized)
