Frequently Asked Questions about Time

The (apparent) turn of modern physics (viewed from the outside) toward information theory and complexity theory is incredibly interesting to me. To me it seems like a way of identifying principles which could lead to some physical intuition a la Einstein's "equivalence principle" or Heisenberg's "observability principle"

These field seems like could provide a meaningful answer to a question like what is a clock (entropy producer?) and what are rulers (entanglement measures?)

I think we are going to find the rules of reality are more and more overdetermined, once we have the right principles.
