HuggingFace's hosted inference APIs are down

Service has been down for a couple of hours now, seems to affect all free and paid hosted inference services, requests will sometimes complete very slowly, but most often just timeout.

The management UI also doesn't load: https://ui.endpoints.huggingface.co/
