U.S. Crypto Exchange Bittrex Files for Bankruptcy

Web3 is going great

Yah, call me when you get over it (web3 and crypto). Then we get serious.

Do you prefer the Yuan?

The who?

My Yuan bank account has money of value in it ... my Bittrex account that had money on it just vanished.

So yeah, I prefer having something to having nothing.

WAGMI

A centralized exchange in the USA doesn't really have anything to do with web3.

What does a centralized exchange in the US have to do with Web3 exactly?

they zeroed wallets from 2017 - 2018, i had an acc back then that had crypto worth $800 in 2017, in 2021 it would be worth $10k

when i logged in 2021, all balances went to zero they grabbed the loot and filed bankruptcy. im pretty sure im not the only one

Sounds like a strategically planned bankruptcy.

Should be noted this is just the US entity, not Bittrex Global.

Pretty irrelevant exchange, ranked 50 for spot volume
