Very few still means enough to regularly find them on the internet. The Dunning-Kruger effect would not be as famous if it wasn't confirmed by real experiences.
Also there's more than "ability" that you can measure/grade like in this study - a frequent phenomenon are people who very confidently say incorrect things, which is more a lack of information or even intentional ignorance in an attempt to feel right. I think this is different from just estimating the score on a test.
