On the part of the internet where they talk about extinction risk from AI, they have a meme like "How Will AI [Change the Economy]" where the point is how small-minded it is to think of economic changes compared to extinction risk. I love imagining that they see "How Will AI [Change Agile Project Management]" being said unironically.

Track and identify productive and unproductive workers based on wide-band signal capture.

Cursor movements, keystrokes, webcam activity, badge tracking, etc.

A smart company would use it to fast-track it's heros, maintain the intermediate, and exit the rest.

The first company to do that slowly enough to avoid outright rejection will have a huge organizational advantage.
