Etherscan has had comments for years. I.e.

Can be spammed and gamed, but an address with a lot of complaints is likely going to be scammy.

Can be spammed and gamed, but an address with a lot of complaints is likely going to be scammy.
My idea is not to replace this but rather amend this.
Specifically by tracking the transactions of these scammy address to also then report all subsequent ones, i.e. the ones they try to launder the money through.
