Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL now supports pgvector

This is great for the PG ecosystem. It means there are more resources focused on pgvector. The extension is already excellent - with a few more options for indexes and some parallelization of index scans it will be no-brainer for any workload.

I'm excited about this one since it brings more feature-parity between RDS and Supabase, so developers can migrate (both in and out).
