I was thinking of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gl-openshift/gitlab-runner-ope... - apparantly that has been fixed, a variety of other problems at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gl-openshift/gitlab-runner-ope... prevent installing any upgrades.

Or finally completing their child pipeline feature that was introduced almost 3 years ago
