no, this is more like dad bringing home beers, the kids get into it, and they try to go after the store or beer manufacturer.

I mean it's still happening generally under a parents roof, likely in their own homes and I'm there's already plenty of tools out there to block shit like this, at least on WiFi and I'm sure mobile devices could also block it. This ban is more about the states' religious undertones than anything.
