Remote Employee Computer Pickup?

I work for a startup that has remote employees across Canada. As part of our onboarding process, we send computers to our employees to help them work remotely. However, we currently don't have a process in place for picking up these computers when an employee leaves the company.

We're looking for a service that can go to the person's house, pack up the computer, and deliver it to another location. We're looking for recommendations for services that operate in Canada and can handle this process for us. Ideally, they would handle all of that, including packing, to reduce the faff on the individuals.

This seems like a service that must exist, as we're not the only remote firm, but I can't find anything. What does everyone else do?
