I have uBlock Origin. It prevented your pop-up about cookies. Once I disabled it and accepted the cookies dialog, then even with uBlock Origin back on your button can be used.

So your QA for this site did not test it for this case. Pretty edge case, but a missed case nevertheless. Maybe you should hire me as QA instead :P
