Definitely not a good idea to store all eggs in one basket. I’d use a third party secrets manager with a master password that can be remembered and some backup way to recover MFA - for example a family phone number
Has anyone yet used ID.me or Stripe Identity as a recovery mechanism of last resort (ie relying on government credentials for proofing)?
