Ask HN: HN for Visually Impaired?

As visually impaired, I have large font, enabled zoom, dark mode for almost everything, strong contrast, etc. HN being one of my favourite site, is not visually impaired friendly.

Do you have plans to support visual accessibility features?

As a Vi/Vim user my first mind was about reading in the command-line text editor, but seems like VI is some smartphone application. You might tell us what is needed to do and why is this special application so important?

I think they mean VI = “Visually Impaired”

Given the fact that when using a screen reader the list of stories is not read with correct semantics and this has been the case for multiple years I'm guessing they don't care about accessibility.
