Twitter power users begin campaign to 'Block the Blue' paid checkmarks

The funny thing is that I've been doing this for selfish reasons when the $8 blue checks started. Twitter blue subscribers get a boost in the algorithm independent of the quality of the tweet. So if you're extremely liberal about blocking Twitter Blue users, you see better tweets and user experience improves.
