I quitted web development because I failed to learn CSS

I even bought that course by that popular guy. CSS for JS developers that could not help me because I could not help myself. CSS designs is just not for me no matter how hard I try.

I find web development to be mostly css(frontend) and if you lack css skills, you can't be a good web developer.

failwindcss and bootcrap are no substitute for cs s according to the experts of industry.

How do I learn it? Is there a way out?
