40% of meat products test positive for antibiotic-resistant superbugs

Perhaps another reason to eat less (or no) meat.

Did they test vegetables and other foods?

My guess is the drug-resistant e. coli are more likely to be found in meat (due to slaughtering processes, and overuse of antibiotics) but sometimes vegetables, fruit, etc. can be tainted as well.
