Ask HN: Converting YouTube Segments into a Book

Someone who has done around 130 short YouTube segments for a podcast is thinking of converting those segments into a book. I’ve seen similar books be made so it seems like a good idea but I’m curious how HN would go about doing this? They have transcripts and time stamps for all the segments.

Surely with AI there should be some heavy automation involved.
