This is a very interesting article. Really enjoyed reading this. It gives a good insight on restaffing the self-driving space and moving past traditional recruitment.
I see it as a vague babbling with lots of wishful thinking leading to nowhere but to a (hypothetical?) "talent cloud" which I couldn't find any meaningful definition/description of.
