So this is the wiki-wiki to help you find the wiki-wiki you need wiki-wiki.

Just what I was thinking. And it's funny because the original word was Hawaiian Wikiwiki.

Pretty much!

Originally the actual software was called the wiki-wiki-web

A wiki of wikis reminds me of a list of lists of lists: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_lists_of_lists

I've created my own list of lists as a pun for that: https://github.com/ClickHouse/ClickHouse/issues/29457

Well hello there, reverse proxy!

Hey Ray? Is the site dead? Or just hugged to death? :)

I have MeatballWiki still. I’d like to pass the torch.

I only just found the site but it indeed looks like it has been hugged to death.

I will be looking up meatball wiki in the near future to learn more haha

Still going strong.

There is also a team to save all these wikis to archive.org:

And what's the first thing we learn about when hitting the site? Wiki gnomes [0]. Smashing <:-)

Semi related, What's the best markdown wiki for use within an intranet?

I suppose it depends on your needs, but Fossil[0] has a built-in wiki. I've dabbled with some smaller wiki engines (namely AwkiAwki, DidiWiki and Eddie's Wiki), but Fossil's has more features (including page history, of course).

Great site. Feels like the internet before social media.

Hugged to death?

What is a wiki farm??

On mobile I needed to switch to desktop mode for anything to display. Pages are loading fine for me currently.

Interesting. Possibly site operator can make it more mobile friendly?
