Got this as part of a compilation of various tax-related news (Quaderno) and I found this interesting. Personally, I never received any of my refunds from the IRS -- in the last two years -- and any attempt to call them just results in me being hung up on by a machine. I guarantee that if I didn't pay my taxes they'd be coming for me, but what am I going to do since I don't even live in the country any more?
If anyone knows any lawyers that wants my small-ish refunds as payment and just wants to harass the IRS for fun, let me know.
