1) Substack was never blocked, so Musk is right, but there was a restriction put on tweets promoting the service so you can't retweet or comment on them. You can still post Substack links to your followers.
2) Substack admit that they are downloading data from Twitter. They claim that the are using the API fairly to accomplish it. Seemingly Musk seems to disagree and hence throttled them. Regardless, the claim from Musk about them doing it is correct.
3) There's no info what this claim is based on. Seems Musk is arguing subscriptions fees paid by Substack is equalling an employment in the sense that it makes him biased. I'd argue that's at least misleading, possibly false.
Feels like a carbon copy of all other ongoing arguments at the moment. People are speaking past each other and arguing that the other side is wrong based on a claim that was never uttered. Their followers will jump in and even here suggest brigading him without taking a second to think about what was actually said. There are a ton of things to criticize Musk and Twitter about so it's really silly to make up things.
