Article is not very balanced, does not talk of cattle smugglers but only of vigilantes. The smugglers rob poor farmers of their cattle and in lawless rural areas there is no police to protect them so they setup their own groups to protect their cows. When this happens to be majority poor hindu farmers and muslim smugglers, it appears like its one versus the other but its not. Its just someone smuggling an innocent farmers cattle.
