Likely attempting to refer to a camera that can see depth like an Xbox Kinect sensor, but no car I know of has such tech. Some manufacturers like GM use IR cameras looking at the driver because they can see through sunglasses

I think it means it just detects real time, but doesn't record or stream anything. Useful for drowsiness detection while driving, but not much else.
