We perform a cost and runtime evaluation of Graviton instances for Apache Spark on EMR AWS using the TPC-DS 1TB benchmark.
The total cost($) vs total runtime(s) graph doesn’t look correct. Longer runtimes should cost more, so the dots should cluster in the top right quadrant.
