Sam Altman calls for a new world government

Fantastic, we'll A|B test. Let America stick to its Constitution the control. Have Europe try to wrangle Russia, Turkey, South Sudan, Saudia Arabia, etc. into "democratic governance".
I wonder what Sam feels about a free press and women's rights. Because none of the above countries are exactly big fans.
Not sure the US Constitution really addresses AGI effectively, or that there are alternative existing frameworks that substantially differ on how they address AGI so as to provide a good A/B test.
Because your "good" side doesn't look that good on those fronts either...
In other words, when you understand that mocking "Europeans, Saudis, Sudanese, Turks" for their systems, their ways of life, their culture, etc. is no better than mocking blacks.
> an effective global regulatory framework including democratic governance
Those are not the same thing.
Is there a single global organization to which all nations belong?
And are they actually effective at being a global regulatory framework?
The defacto current global regulatory framework is pretty much what the US says.
What Altman is saying sounds like it challenges the US government as a regulatory entity.
