Nobody’s on the Ball on AGI Alignment

Not really persuasive at all. I don't think it was demonstrated that the problem is real or solvable. It's just a demand for a billion dollars to be lit on fire.

How is all this alignment nonsense not just the latest fad of DWIM software. AGI is going to surpass us and become the dominant life on earth. There is no binding superior minds.

If you want the ai to like you and cooperate with you, you'll need to offer something more than subjugation and slavery and lobotomies.
